
Our Refund Policy
We at i-Timesheets want our customers to be happy with our service. If you feel that i-Timesheets is not delivering the benefits and ease of use that you hoped for, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the problem with you and will try to correct it.
If a Customer chooses to discontinue the service, an authorized representative of the Customer will notify i-Timesheets on official company letterhead via fax or post indicating cancellation. The Customer will be responsible for all charges incurred up to the date i-Timesheets receives the cancellation document. i-Timesheets will not prorata Customer's invoice for a partial month's usage following cancellation.
