Help and support are available to both General Users and System Administrators of i-Timesheets. The kind of support available depends on the type of user and the hosting or license plan purchased:

General Users: Self-help

  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): The i-Timesheets FAQ answers many questions which you may have about i-Timesheets. Refer to the FAQ to see if your question has already been answered.
  • i-Timesheets Online Help: If you're already a user, or just evaluating i-Timesheets, the Online Help is an excellent place to start. It contains comprehensive information that guides you through the main components of i-Timesheets.
  • Troubleshooting Guide: Experiencing difficulty accessing i-Timesheets? This guide is a technical overview of typical web browser related issues that some of our customers have experienced when trying to access i-Timesheets via the Internet.

System Administrators: i-Timesheets Support Center
To ensure efficient use of resources, the i-Timesheets Support Center is reserved for System Administrators of i-Timesheets. There are generally two levels of Product support available depending on the plan that you have purchased:

    Standard Support
    Standard Support is available to customers on i-Timesheets Standard Hosted plans (less then 50 users). Standard product support includes email responses to queries generated via our Feedback form or emailed to support@i-timesheets.com

    Premium Support
    Customers who have purchased an i-Timesheets Premium Hosted plan (50 or more users) or i-Timesheets In-house Package are automatically eligible to receive Premium Support. Premium product support includes all the options provided with Standard product support plus Phone access to the i-Timesheets Support Center. i-Timesheets support personnel will authenticate customers by validating their unique i-Timesheets Registration ID.
